On Friday evening, Lil Wayne launched his new Young Money Radio program and the first episode contains some anticipation for the upcoming Funeral Deluxe album.
The founder of Young Money invited some exciting guests to his Beats 1 radio show, including Deion Sanders and LaToya Cantrell, Mayor of New Orleans, as well as calls from Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Babyface and others. Wayne also made sure that he spoke to one of the artists featured in the deluxe edition of his thirteenth studio album, released earlier this year.
In addition, Wayne spoke to Jessie Reyez on the phone about his participation in Funeral Deluxe and also previewed their unpublished song that will appear on the album.

“I want to talk about some artists involved in Deluxe, and they’re also artists that I have a lot of respect for, and I think they’re great,” Wayne said during his Jessie presentation. “The reason I lift them up is that you may not have known too much about knowing these artists.” The two continued to talk about how they had been quarantined and grounded before Wayne talked about a section of their collaboration.
In conclusion, Wayne offered fans another preview of a Deluxe funeral song titled “Help” with Tory Lanez. While Tory, who somehow became an exceptional radio organizer during the Coronavirus pandemic with his Quarantine Radio show, did not meet Wayne to discuss their collaboration, Wayne gave fans a taste of “help” independently.
New Episodes of Young Money Radio are on Apple Music.
