President Akufo-Addo will deliver his last State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Tuesday, January 5, to mark the end of his first term.

This will also be his last address in 7de Parliament before being sworn in again on January 7.
The address is scheduled to be posted to parliament at exactly 10 p.m.

SONA is a constitutional obligation that gives every sitting president a mandate to give the events in the country that affect all sectors of human life at the end of each political year.
Akufo-Addo reached a second term in December after winning a decisive election match against former president John Mahama.
He will be in parliament again on Thursday for the ulcer.
