President Akufo-Addo will address the nation tonight

President Akufo-Addo will address the country on Sunday at 20:00 GMT in connection with the coronavirus pandemic.

This will be his 21st address since the first case of the deadly virus was recorded in March.

The address is expected to touch the reopening of schools across the country in mid-January.

He will also be required to provide further details on the Covid-19 vaccine and when the country will receive its first stock.

Ghana has 905 active businesses on January 3, 2021. Since March, Ghana has recorded more than 55,000 cases with 335 deaths.
