As every four years, January 7th is the day after the election to swear in the President of the Republic of Ghana.
According to reports, the inauguration will start at 12 noon instead of 11:00 and will be held in Parliament House.

The President of Liberia. George Oppong Weah recently arrived in the country to witness the oath of the newly elected President of Ghana.
