Romeo Odey Africa’s leading network marketer and first Yellow Diamond in the Norland Industrial Group, has boasted a new mansion in Calabar, the capital of Cross River State.
The huge building with 6 bedrooms sits on a piece of land of 1300 square meters in an exotic estate in the heart of the city.
The newest mansion was built by Julius Berger and provided the finishing touches by Ehigozie ogbebor of Sayaveth interiors.
Ogbegor, meanwhile, was in the news earlier this year for the launch of an expensive gilded house.
Odey, known many years ago in the streets of Calabar as a general recharge card, has risen in the land of Norland Industrial Group in three years.
He consistently built and led a team of more than 150,000 entrepreneurs and was officially regarded as the first yellow diamond in Africa. a development that makes him the highest paid network marketing manager in Africa.
The mansion, dubbed ‘the King’s Haven’, has three mansions that he launched in one year.
It also occupies more than ten of such buildings that Odey, CEO of Ownex Properties, has in Nigeria alone.
Odey, who worked for the cause of more than 1,000 millionaires for the first time and has a far-reaching impact on real estate, will also start phase one and two of his new estate in Lagos, Nigeria.
