Singer Bella Shmurda talks about reports of the drunken stage show (video)

Bella Shmurda, a fast-rising Nigerian singer, responded to reports that he was drunk during an event in Asaba, Delta State, performing to an audience.

The singer, whose real name is Akinbiyi Abiola Ahmed, took to Twitter on Tuesday after a video allegedly showing him acting under the influence went viral on social media.

In the now viral video, Bella Shmurda can be seen staggering on stage and being held by his crew during his performance in Asaba, Delta State.

The popular artist reportedly said he was tall before climbing the stage and acted so strangely that some of his management had to hold him in his hands because he could not stand alone.

While Bella Shmurda is responding to the reports, those who post negative things about him will get tired.

‘Be careful with false information. Verify your news before putting it out, ‘he wrote in an Instagram story.

Referring to the report, he said he would consider paying Instablog N100,000 for every post made about him.

He also posted a video on which he sang on stage on the same stage and called it ‘my view’.

However, the singer once came out to chat with fans about his drinking habits.

In an Instagram Live session with Zlatan in December, he thanked those who he said helped get together.

‘I went astray, but you supported me with everything in 2020. You (Zlatan), Olamide, Poco Lee and Papisnoop.

‘I got lost when you found me and helped me. “I drank smoke and nonsense, but you helped me,” he admitted.

Bella Shmurda shot into the spotlight in 2019 with the release of a single titled ‘Vision 2020’.
