There was a commotion during the election of the new speaker of parliament as MPs of the NDC and the NPP clash, which led to some unpleasant scenes in the House.

Amid the commotion, the controversial Kennedy Agyapong is seen sitting on his seat with his hands under his jaws and very dumb.
