Asiedu Nketia jokes with former parliament speaker about his state of health

Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Aseidu Nketia, has called on the former speaker of parliament to stay with his grandchildren.

Johnson Aseidu Nketia claimed that the former speaker, prof. Michael Oquaye, is old enough to be the speaker for another four years.

He persists, Prof Oquaye must be with his grandchildren while taking care of his health conditions.

He also claims that Prof Oquaye cannot even climb the speaker’s seat; he always needs people’s help to climb, so it’s a bad idea to bring him back as speaker of the 8th parliament.
