Irrespective of all efforts to combat the spread of coronavirus, some of the biggest celebrities, such as Colton Underwood, Tom Hanks, Idris Elba and others, have tested positive for the corona virus.
Right after Colton Underwood announced his positive coronavirus test, Andy Cohen unfortunately had the same news that he shared. 51-year-old host in his Instagram post said that “after several days of self-quarantine” and “he is not feeling well,” he gave a positive result on COVID-19.
Colton Underwood presented itself as one of the biggest stars who tested positive for the new corona virus. On March 20, the bachelor star announced that he was isolating himself in Huntington Beach, California.
He made the announcement in an Instagram video shot at his girlfriend’s parents’ house and said, “I want to let you know: I am 28 years old, I consider myself fairly healthy, I exercise regularly, I eat healthy and I got symptomatic a few days ago. Today I got my test results and they’re positive, “Colton said in the video. COVID-19 has already devastated Colton. He added: “It gives me a kick in the ass to put it bluntly. The bottom line is that I can’t even climb stairs without being out of breath or going to the toilet without having to Sit down because I’m exhausted. “You can see Colton’s full video below.

I tested positive and I have been following all of the social distancing rules since last week. My symptoms started a few days ago, I was tested and just received my results today. For anyone out there that is hesitant to self quarantine… please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and stay home. We will all beat this and come out stronger on the other side. I’ll keep you posted, Love y’all.
Up to March 18, a wave of new stars has turned out to be positive for the new corona virus: Kevin Durant with three other players from the Brooklyn Nets and two Stars of game of Thrones (Indira Varma and Kristofer Hivju).
Idris Elba is the last celebrity to reveal that he has been diagnosed with coronavirus. He shared the information on social media on March 16. “I tested positive for COVID-19 this morning,” he wrote. “I’m fine. So far I have no symptoms, but I have been isolated since I discovered my possible exposure to the virus. Stay home and be pragmatic. I will keep you updated on my condition. No panic.”
With the World Health Organization reporting approximately 125,000 COVID-19 coronaviruses in the first few weeks of the pandemic, the chances that movie, television, music, and entertainment stars would be spared were slim. It was only a matter of time before a big name said he contacted COVID-19, but nobody expected that name to be a national treasure, Tom Hanks. Tom, 63, confirmed on March 11 that he and his wife Rita Wilson, 63, contacted COVID-19 when they made a biographical film about Elvis Presley on the Gold Coast in Australia. Tom made an update the next day, saying that he and his wife were “in solitary confinement so we wouldn’t share it with others.”
“There are people who can develop a very serious illness. We take it one day at a time. There are things we can all do to overcome this by following the advice of the experts and taking care of ourselves and others, right? He added and conveyed a message that seemed to dispel any potential stigma associated with the disease, while encouraging people to stay on the ground. “Remember, despite all the events, there is no crying in baseball.”

However, there is some crying in baseball. The MLB 2020 season has been delayed and spring training has been canceled as part of preventive measures. This followed similar phases in the NHL, NCAA, and MLS, all of which responded after the NBA canceled its season when Rudy Gobert, a 27-year-old player from Utah, Utah, turned positive. Shortly afterwards, his teammate Donovan Mitchell (23) was also diagnosed with a coronavirus. Abroad, European football was detered by illness. Many games take place in stadiums and empty leagues where the game is interrupted.
In Italy – the country with the second highest number of coronavirus deaths in the first few weeks, surpassed only by mainland China – everything was closed, including the Serie A football championship. Also, Cristiano’s teammate, Daniele Rugani, tested positive for covid19, leading to a temporary shutdown of the juventus team. “Juventus footballers, employees, directors, entourages and employees observe a period of voluntary isolation at home in accordance with the requirements of the health authorities based on the currently applicable regulations.”
On March 15, there was another confirmed celebrity case when Bond’s ex-girlfriend Olga Kurylenko confirmed that she had a positive test for the disease. Olga played Camille in Quantum of Solace and revealed that she was “self-isolated” based on her diagnosis. She had been sick for over a week before telling fans her news. The next day, Game of Thrones star Kristofer Hivju (41), who played Tormund Giantsbane wildly on HBO, announced that he had also tested positive for the new corona virus. He told Instagram fans that he would “isolate” with his family “as long as necessary”.
