Gabby Otchere Darko reacts as the NDC elects Alban Bagbin as speaker of parliament.

Leading member of the New Patriotic Party, Gabby Otchere Darko, has finally responded to the election of Alban Bagbin as speaker of parliament.

The 8th parliament experienced a different turn because the minority elected their own as the speaker of parliament, and it was a close battle.

Alan Sumana Bagbin disputes with the former speaker of parliament, prof. Aaron Mike Oquaye, presented by the majority.

Many did not expect Alban Bagbin to win the match as he defeated Mike Oqyaye by 138 votes to 135.

Gabby Asare Otchere Darko addressed and responded to social media.
