“I defeated PCOS and gave birth to my own child”

Nigerian actress Etinosa Idemudia has revealed that she ended the year 2020 on a high note after the birth of her first child.

Idemudia has been reflecting on one of her triumphs for the past year. The new mother began the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal disorder commonly found in women of reproductive age.

Since infertility was a major symptom of PCOS, the actress expressed her gratitude to God for allowing her to conceive and give birth to her own child, a baby girl.

The actress wrote:

“I end the year on a high note full of thanksgiving. Thanks to my family and friends
Thank you to all my employers – filmmakers and companies who have trusted me with their projects
Thanks to my fans and viewers
Special thanks to the management and staff of The Ark Clinic. ”

“And above all, thanks to Almighty God.
This year I defeated PCOS. This year I gave birth to my own child
Please do not give up on every woman’s TTC. Do not allow anyone to exploit you by selling you all kinds of medicines, be careful. Please try to be happy and trust this God. If someone mocks you, try to avoid and protect your space. The God who did this for me will rise up for you in time. We will all see the new year and celebration will be our part. Amen. ”
