“I do not judge Davido because he was born rich” – Dutch music lover

A Dutch technological entrepreneur, Henry Joseph Grant, stirred mixed reactions on social media with his comments on why he does not judge the Nigerian artist, David Adeleke commonly known as Davido.

According to the music lover who lives in Berlin, he does not judge Davido because he was born with a silver spoon.

Henry shared a video of him in bed listening to Wizkid’s latest album “Made in Lagos” on his verified Twitter account. He praised the singer for the great work and said that he loves the album very much and has not gotten it right since its release.

In response to a fan, the Tech Boss expressed his extensive knowledge of the Nigerian music scene and named some artists he considers the best in Nigeria.

Nigeria has long reached artists with a distant reach, e.g. Fela Kuti & your Diaspora also had a lot of talent, for example Sade, etc.

The worldwide popularity only increases its awareness further.

I like Wizkid, Burna Boys music on the minute. I also discovered Tems by Made In Lagos.

Then a curious fan asked why he did not add Davido to his list, and he replied:

“I do not judge silver spoons.”
