MP-Elect for Theme East Carlos Ahenkorah takes out ballot while votes are counted

Theme East MP Carlos Ahenkrah caused confusion in the House of Parliament after votes were cast.

The 7th parliament of the 4th Republic was dissolved to make way for the 8th parliament in the fourth Republic of Ghana.

According to the constitution, a vote had to be taken on the speaker of parliament and delegates to help manage the affairs of parliament.

After the vote, the management commission began counting the votes.

But the unexpected situation occurred when Carlos Ahenkrah, MP for Theme East, caused confusion by snatching the ballot paper
