Singer, Omah Lay and Tems have eventually returned home after being arrested in Uganda for violating the country’s COVID-19 guidelines.

Her arrival in Nigeria was announced by the Chairman of the Nigerians in the Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, via a Twitter post.
According to her, the artists landed at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, Uganda via Ethiopia Airline at around 12:35 p.m. local time.
She also thanked the Nigerian Mission in Uganda, the Nigerian Foreign Minister Geoffrey Onyeama and the Ugandan government for the rapid resolution of the problem.
